Supporting the Environmental Working Group (EWG)
For every one person we get to help each month, we donate a portion of their investment to the EWG.org.
Every time one of our patients makes the choice to self invest in their health care, they are helping us preserve our right to food as medicine. We can’t stand that people are still getting sick because our food sources are sick. By supporting these efforts and making informed choices about the food we consume, we can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable food system.
Empowering people to live healthier lives in a healthier environment
The EWG is a non-profit organization working tirelessly to promote the importance of a clean and sustainable food system, provide education and resources for consumers to make healthier choices, and advocate for policies that protect public health and the environment.
EWG advocates for policies that support sustainable agriculture, reduce the use of harmful chemicals in farming practices, and promote transparency in labeling.
They also conduct research on the impacts of pesticides and other contaminants on human health and the environment; they provide resources like the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen lists, which highlight the fruits and vegetables with the highest and lowest pesticide residues, respectively.
